Okay guys... let me just tell you what I am currently obsessed with... that's right: HARRY POTTER MAKEUP BRUSHES!
These were recently created within the past year and my goodness did it become a craze because as soon as they were released they were sold out! They were featured on popular sites like Buzzfeed and you may or may not have seen a Facebook ad for them. They were originally marketed to come from Storybook Cosmetics which is run by a set of triplets based in Nebraska who fangirl over important things like Harry Potter. Unfortunately for most of the world, me included, their brushes went out of stock super fast! But they do promise more coming soon and already have pre-orders set up on their site.
p.s. I may be wrong about Storybook Cosmetics putting them on the market because there was no actual pictures of the brushes in December but they did have an "out of stock" message for the wand brushes... so who knows?I would definitely recommend heading over to their site and checking out what they have to offer in terms of wand makeup brushes... they aren't exactly like the ones portrayed in the films but hit the mark pretty close.

So I was obsessed with these wands and basically told my parents and anyone who cared that this was what I wanted for xmas right?! Well, unfortunately for me my parents did not take this request seriously enough and by the time they checked out the link I sent them... they were GONE!
But luckily, there is some hope left in the world because when I got back to school I found these beauties left in my mailbox as a early birthday present!!! Now I didn't actually get the Storybook Cosmetics Harry Potter Wands, instead my mom found another seller on Amazon who was selling the same items but slightly different variations... which I kind of like more than the Storybook Cosmetics ones to be completely honest. With this set there are 5 makeup brushes modeled after wands from the movies. Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasely, Albus Dumbledore, and Lord Voldemort's wands are all in this set and the handles do look like the ones depicted in the Harry Potter series!!!
These makeup brushes are freakin' awesome and I am so in love with how they look and feel! The handles are a metal and are actually pretty heavy, and the design of wands is really intricate and matches the movies to perfection!
So here's the types of brushes that are in the set and who they correlate to:
1. Harry Potter - The Foundation Brush
2. Lord Voldemort - The Concealer Brush
3. Albus Dumbledore - The Stippling Brush
(to give your makeup that airbrush finish)
4. Hermione Granger - The Angled Brush

p.s. I got the type of brushes and what they are called after googling makeup brushes so please don't hate me if I'm wrong and I mis-labeled a brush! Just post a comment below and I will correct my mistakes ASAP.
