Jamie McTavish is man enough to admit that he probably didn’t make the best first impression when he met the 911 Operator. That doesn’t mean there isn’t still sizzling sexual tension between them. He’s a man of action and he’s not content to sit on the sidelines until Jackie works out her issues. But trying to tame this tiger might be too big of a challenge for even him.

Indcision...
This book follows the story of Jackie and Jamie. Jackie is a nine-one-one operator while Jamie is a cop. They first time they meet Jackie is on the side of the road trying to replace her tire and Jamie pulls up behind her in his cop car. Becuase Jackie recently pulled out a great load of empty beer bottles and the like, Jamie makes her do a sobriety test before helping with her tire. Their relationship evolves from that meeting with Jackie running and Jamie chasing.
When I first opened this book, the author jumped right into the story. There was no background information or large flashbacks, just a girl with a flat tire on the side of the road. I really liked this because I felt like it made the story more believable and real. I loved Jackie and Jamie's first meeting. Jackie was super annoyed that she had to take a sobriety test and thought Jamie was a humongous jerk. I loved how their relationship develops from this point with Jackie permanently annoyed with Jamie as he does his best to ruffle her feathers.
Jackie was a character that I had mixed feelings about. She was sometimes really strong and I liked how she didn't put up with any b.s. or any of Jamie's antics. On the other hand, she was running from her past and put so much pressure on herself to not date cops or firefighters. She was so scared of becoming her mother that she was willing to give up everything to accept that fate.
Jamie did a good job of challenging her. He definitely didn't accept any of her scared moments and often talked her down from a panic attack. I loved when he riled her up because some of Jackie's whip smart attitude was so funny to read about.
Overall, this book was really good! I love the characters and the story line was the perfect amount of drama and romance. From the first page, Indecision caught my attention and I couldn't stop reading. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a good read!
