Tattooed Emotions...
Tattooed Emotions is an amazingly beautiful book about survival, betrayal and what it means to fall in love. I got swept away in the author's words as this book took me on an emotional roller coaster of tears and laughter! I loved the characters and how they interacted to create these perfect scenes of emotion.
This is definitely a book you need to check out if you are;
a) Looking for an amazing read.
b) Love to laugh and cry while reading.
c) Need another book for your TBR pile.
While reading this masterpiece, it was really easy to get caught up in the characters and their lives. Raelyn was so inspiring and I loved how all of her battles showcased her strength. I can't imagine going through everything that she did and yet still having a positive outlook on life. Although she was a little jaded from her past, she was still able to accept her emotions for what they were and I loved the constant battle between her heart and mind as it seems really relatable to any reader.
First off, I love the name, Damien. I don't know why but whenever I read this name I just imagine a really sexy character! And the Damien in this book fits the bill to the letter. At first, I was a little weary of Damien as he came off as really suave and sophisticated, a little too much and I was worried he was going to be a character that broke Raelyn's heart instead of healing it. Yet the chemistry between the characters was really sweet in a way and I love how they ended up building each other up no matter if they were separated or together.
The thing that struck me as so strong in this book were the emotions. It was super hard to not cry while reading this book because of just how deep the emotions were written. I think all readers will be able to connect to the issues and the characters in this book just based on the subject matter alone!
I for one, cannot wait to read the next book in the series, Tattooed Scars! I know it is going to be amazing and will probably top this book! Definitely check this book out and add it to your TBR pile!
